Please be assured we are working to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible. All our products and made and baked fresh to order, so it does take some time from ordering to receiving your goods.
Orders placed on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are usually delivered the following Wednesday.
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday (up to 8pm) are usually delivered the following Thursday.
When a week has a Bank Holiday Monday, the above are usually delivered the following Thursday and Friday respectively.
DECEMBER – We dispatch 4 times per week instead of twice, however although frequency is increased, it doesn’t guarantee your delivery will be with you the following dispatch. We will work through as many orders as we can every day and your order will still be with you quickly.
PLEASE NOTE: This schedule is subject to change, depending on how busy we are.
Our couriers will always try and leave your parcel somewhere safe wherever possible, you do not need to be at home to receive your parcel if you have somewhere safe for the driver to leave it.
All Voakes Free From products can be frozen, with the exception of scotch eggs. We recommend freezing on receipt if intended for later consumption.
