Where do I find food allergen information?
While every care is taken to ensure the information provided on our website is correct and up to date, we are unable to accept liability for any incorrect information displayed. Please ensure you check the label on the product before you consume it, especially if you have a food allergy.
Are all products gluten and wheat free?
Yes, all Voakes Free From products are gluten and wheat free.
Are any of your products egg-free etc? How can I find them easily?
There are two ways. There is a matrix page showing all products as a table. This is useful if you have a specific combination that you are looking for.
Also, at the bottom of every page is a list of blue buttons which shows a selection of products. The buttons include Dairy Free, Egg Free, Soya Free, Vegan and Vegetarian.
Can the pies be frozen?
All our products are suitable for home freezing for up to five months.
How long will it take for my delivery to arrive?
Usually, if you order before 3pm on Wednesday, your order will arrive before the end of the week. Any orders after this will then be dispatched the following week. We have a delivery schedule on the website, which gives your expected delivery date, and details any changes to the schedule.
Will my pies arrive fresh or frozen?
All orders are sent out freshly baked, so they can be frozen for up to five months on arrival with you. They have a four day fresh shelf life otherwise.
What happens if I am not in to receive my delivery?
We ask our couriers to leave parcels with a neighbour or in a safe place if you are not home, to save the parcel being taken back to their depot. If you have a specific instruction that you would like us to pass on to the courier, please add this onto your order in the section ‘Order Notes’. It’s on the checkout page, where you enter your address, see below:

What do I do if my parcel hasn’t arrived on the expected delivery day?
The deadline for parcel deliveries is 4pm, however in busier periods drivers can be running late. If you haven’t received your parcel by 4pm, call us on 01423 395511 and we can contact the courier company to check your parcel is on its way to you.
What do I do if there is a problem with my delivery when it arrives?
We always do our best to ensure all our customers are happy with their order, but if you feel there is something wrong with your order, please call us straight away on 01423 395511 and we will do our best to rectify any problems as soon as possible.
Can I still order if I live in Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands or Isle of Wight?
Unfortunately we are currently unable to deliver to Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands etc. Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, our usual courier services are not reliable enough for us to be able to offer this service at the moment. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Can I still order if I live in the Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly or Lundy Island?
Due to price increases for deliveries we are no longer able to offer our services to Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and Isles of Scilly etc. We are sorry to disappoint, but please rest assured we will resume these services when a more viable delivery option is available to us. We are unable to deliver to the Scottish Islands due to excessive courier costs and delivery periods for perishable products.
